Election Day

Oct. 28, 2008, Independent Press:
"In Chatham Borough, incumbent Bruce Harris and newcomer Jim Lonergan stand out as candidates who have the ability to move Chatham Borough forward."

Dear Chatham Voters:

For years, the Chatham Borough Republican Organization has encouraged residents to
volunteer to serve the Borough by participating in municipal government. We have recruited and encouraged the development of community volunteers and worked hard to make Chatham
the special place that it is today. Chatham has remained a safe community that treasures its history and plans for the future. And we
have achieved this by being fiscally responsible in the management of taxpayers’ dollars.

This year we continue the tradition of responsible stewardship by giving our enthusiastic endorsement to Councilman Bruce Harris, running for re-election and candidate Jim Lonergan in his first run for Council. Both have an outstanding record of achievement and accomplishment for Chatham. We urge you to vote for both Bruce and Jim as they truly
are a better choice for Chatham.

Thank you for visiting. Enjoy our site and come visit often.
